Rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach, we leaned into our customer-obsessed mindset, creating experiences for three distinct audience segments. Each had their own unique pain points, aspirations, and learning needs.


We designed a platform architecture that evolves alongside its members, recognizing that sales mastery happens in stages. For those just starting, the Core tier provides a strong foundation. Comprehensive learning roadmaps guide members through essential sales concepts, with interactive content built to instill confidence and develop core competencies. Clear progression markers help members track their progress, celebrating key milestones along the way.

As members advance to the Plus tier, they gain access to specialized resources designed to refine their approach. This includes tactical training modules, small-group coaching sessions, and peer learning opportunities to exchange insights and tackle challenges collectively. Implementation tools help members apply these advanced concepts in real-world scenarios.

The Pro level offers an elite experience for those ready to push beyond conventional limits. This premium tier features direct mentorship with Ryan Serhant, exclusive mastermind groups, advanced strategy sessions, and priority access to new content and features as they’re released.

Throughout the process, we focused on translating Ryan’s powerful brand into functional design elements that serve clear business objectives.
